Off Peak are available as both singles and returns. The return portion of an Off Peak is valid for a calendar month, so it doesn’t even restrict you to coming back on a particular day – perfect when you might want to make that last minute decision to stay somewhere for an extra day!

Reservations are also available if you want the security of knowing you’ve got a seat. They can be booked at the same time you book your ticket, or afterwards by calling our Customer Services. There’s no charge for making a reservation. If you book a reservation for a particular train, then realise you’re going to travel on a different train, please contact us, so we can release the seat for someone else.

Even though they’re already excellent value, you can still use your railcard with our Off Peak tickets – saving you up to 1/3 off the price (and more with a family railcard).

If you want to change or cancel your Off Peak ticket, that’s no problem, providing you do it by 12.00 on the business day before you plan to travel, by calling Customer Services on 0845 260 5233.

Remember, our Off Peak tickets are valid only on Wrexham & Shropshire trains – they’re can’t be used on other operators’ trains.
