Advance tickets – great value
Wrexham & Shropshire’s Advance tickets are great value for money with prices from just £22 – and we’ve got over 2,000 available every week!
Prices start from just £22 for a single from Tame Bridge Parkway to London, and £24 for a single from Wrexham to London.
Because they’re such good value, Advance tickets are valid only on the train and date for which they were purchased – if you need a more flexibility to choose which train you travel on, then take a look at our Saver and Open tickets.

Advance tickets are always singles – but, if you're making a return journey, simply buy two singles.
Great value Advance tickets are also available for First Class travel too – they start from just £50, and a single from Wrexham to London is just £55. All our First Class fares include our great selection of complimentary food and drink.
You can buy our Advance tickets up to the time of travel, but the earlier you book, the more you’re likely to save. Every Advance ticket includes a complementary seat reservation – so you can be sure that you’ll get a seat for the whole of your journey.

Even though they’re already excellent value, you can still use your railcard with our Advance tickets – saving you 1/3 off the price, and even more if you use a family railcard.
If you want to change or cancel an Advance ticket, that’s no problem, providing you do it by 12.00 on the business day before you plan to travel by calling our Customer Services on 0845 260 5233. We can change your travel details free of charge, but there is a £10 cancellation fee.
Remember, our Advance tickets are valid only on Wrexham & Shropshire trains – they can't be used on other operators' trains.
