If you want to change or cancel a Family Saver ticket, that’s no problem, providing you do it by 12.00 on the business day before you plan to travel. Please call our Customer Services on 0845 260 5200, who can cancel and refund your original ticket enabling you to rebook. There is a £10 administration fee.

Tickets are also available on the train on the day, subject to availability – but it’s best to book in advance.
