Buy online - it's quick and easy
Buying your ticket online is the easiest and quickest way.
When you buy online you can:
- Buy any ticket on any train for any journey up to 12 weeks in advance
- Buy for up to 6 people in one go
- Reserve your seats for free
- Compare prices with other days so you get the best deal
- Avoid the queues and buy at any time of the day (or night!)
When you buy online your card and personal details are completely safe and secure. We will not pass them to any other organisation, except with your explicit consent or if we are required to do so by law.
If you’d prefer not to buy online though you can always use the online booking system just to check out train availability and pricing, then call us to buy your tickets over the phone.

In summer 2008 we’ll be launching a UK first – the ability to select the exact seat you’d like to reserve for your journey, by using an easy-to-use train plan. Until then you can name your seat preference, and we’ll do our best to give you what you’ve asked for.
