Terms and conditions for any time tickets

First Class Any Time Return

Description
Flexible Standard Class return ticket.

Train operator
Valid for travel only on Wrexham & Shropshire services.

Booking deadlines
This is a walk up ticket and may be purchased on the day of travel, or on the train, without penalty.

Discounts
Standard railcard discounts apply. Child discounts are 50%.

Refunds
Any unused tickets must be presented within 28 days of expiry and will be entitled to a refund that takes into account any use made of the ticket. An administration charge of £10 will be payable.

In all cases refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card with which you purchased the ticket. If you purchased with cash (for example on the train), then you should submit your receipt along with your ticket for refund.

Changes to travel plans
If you change your travel plans for your outward journey, you may travel on any other Wrexham & Shropshire service on the same day. If you need to travel on a different day then you must buy another ticket.

The return portion of your ticket is valid on any Wrexham & Shropshire service within one calendar month of the start date on your ticket. If you change your travel plans and your new plans involve travel within this period, then you may use your ticket without penalty. Otherwise you must buy a new ticket.

You may break your journey, on both outward and return legs.
